I made a batch of popcorn the old-fashioned way, in a pot on the stove with oil-fortified butter and sea salt and pinpoint grease burns on my neck. It's sitting in a bowl next to me now, and I'm getting my keyboard greasy as I type.
I have 105.5 hours until my Series 7. I'm about 46% of the way through the material. Even though I have a wedding rehearsal on Friday, and a wedding on Saturday to attend, I expect I'll make it. I want to be through with the first pass of the material by Friday at 3 p.m. I've seen most of it before on the Series 65 18 months ago, though not at this level of excruciating detail. Plus I have things like Investment Strategies and Modern Portfolio Theory left to go, which I should breeze through.
I am glad I got fired though, because otherwise I'd be totally fucked.
